In its legal definition, store.4hawks.com is an electronically supplied service that enables Customers to review Content, enter into remote sales agreements, pay for Products, and submit Reviews.

Customer - A natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational entity without legal personality, whom the Act grants legal capacity to use the store.4hawks.com functionality. When the Customer is not a natural person, it is deemed to be represented by a representative authorized to represent the Customer in the light of applicable law.
5. Content - any information, data, content, elements, materials, algorithms, diagrams, songs, signs, logos, names, symbols, descriptions and images that derived from 4Hawks or distributors, regardless of their nature, format and manner of recording or presentation.
6. Account - entire space of store.4hawks.com which contains data related to the Customer, available after the registration.
7. Reviews - Product feedback.
8. Product - a movable goods marked with the trademark "4Hawks" or other movable good that a Customer may purchase through store.4hawks.com.
9. Order - submitted by the Customer through the store.4hawks.com offer to purchase Products.
II. General provisions
1. Through store.4hawks.com, the Customer may select Products and place an Order and use the other features indicated on the website.
2. store.4hawks.com is a service provided by 4Hawks. 4Hawks provides this service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
3. 4Hawks is a party to the Product Sale Agreement between Customer. 4Hawks is responsible for the process of submitting and execution of the Order as well as for Content included on the website.
4. Use of store.4hawks.com is only available through a device that allows the Customer to access the Internet using software to view its resources.
5. 4Hawks will, as far as possible, report maintenance breaks and their duration, for example, by posting relevant messages on the home page or on another site, store.4hawks.com.
6. Customer cannot provide any Content to the store.4hawks.com, including Feedback on other data, of unlawful content.
7. Within the store.4hawks.com various advertisements or other commercial content in various forms may be placed.
8. At the time of registration/purchase without registering, 4Hawks can send text messages about the status of the transaction on the users phone.
9. As long as the Customer gives a separate consent, 4Hawks may send information to him via electronic/telephone communications.
III. Account
1. The Customer gains access to the account after registration.
2. Within the framework of the registration, the Customer provides the data indicated in the form and selects the password. The Customer ensures that the information provided by him in the registration form is true. Registration requires that you carefully review the Terms of Use
3.Whenever Customer is permitted to access the Account, an agreement on rendering electronic services for the Account is maintained between 4Hawks and the Customer for an unspecified period of time.
IV. Remote agreements
1. General provisions
1.1. Included in store.4hawks.com Content, including Product descriptions and prices, are an invitation to enter into an agreement (pursuant to Article 71 of the Civil Code [art. 71 k.c].).
1.2. Customer does not need an Account to place an Order. An unregistered Customer may submit an Order, but is obliged to accept the Terms of Use.
2. Ordering procedure
2.1. Customer submits Order via the interactive form available at store.4hawks.com. Order specifies, among others what Products, are at what price and in what quantities do Customer wants to order.
2.2. When ordering, the customer chooses the delivery method.
2.3. Upon successful delivery of the Order by the Customer, 4Hawks sends on Customer's e-mail address confirmation of the submission of Order and submits Customer's Order to be executed.
2.4. Ordered Products are delivered in the manner indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the Order.
3. Prices and payment methods
3.1. All prices in store.4hawks.com are available in 3 currencies: USD, Euro, Polish Zloty and do not include taxes.
4. Supply
4.1. Product delivery takes place around the world.
4.2. Product delivery can take place through local distributors for speedy delivery.
5. Proof of purchase
5.1. Invoice is the proof of the Product purchase through the store.4hawks.co
5.2. Proof of purchase will be provided by e-mail to the address Customer provided during placement of the Order.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The Customer has the right to cancel the order during its execution. within 7 days from the cancellation of the order will be returned all costs of purchase.

V. Content and Reviews
1. All intellectual property rights to store.4hawks.com, Content and IT solutions used at store. 4hawks.com are reserved to 4Hawks, 4Hawks Group entities and their affiliates. All rights to the Opinion (if they are protected by exclusive rights) belong to their respective authors and they are responsible for their content.
2. The Customer may use the store.4hawks.com , including the Content, solely for their own use in order to review the Products.Customer may not use Content for direct or indirect commercial use.
3. Customer acknowledges that Content, including, for example, advice, input, and tips, will not replace advice or guidance provided by an expert or other competent person after a thorough analysis of a particular case and its circumstances.
4. Content hosted at store.4hawks.com by outside experts is solely the responsibility of the authors of the Content.
5. The Customer placing the a Review at store.4hawks.com, grants 4Hawks a non-exclusive license to use the Content review indefinitely, on the Internet, for purposes related to the conduct and promotion of store.4hawks.com or 4Hawk Products, including public onsent to share Reviews in a way that everyone can access it at chosen place and time.
6. By posting a Review, the Customer declares that: (a) making the Feedback available through store.4hawks.com does not violate the law, good morals or any rights; (b) frees 4Hawks from any claims that may arise in connection with the sharing of the Reviews through store.4hawks.com, including: to pay the agreed or awarded remuneration, compensation or redress, remove the effects of the breach and remedy other claims and cover the resulting costs, including legal costs associated with this.
7. In addition, Customer agrees not to post any Feedback that contains links to external websites, serving or promotional material or an advertisement, or contain third party data.
VI. Violations
1. If 4Hawks receives a notice of illegality of data that is not emerging from 4Hawks (including Reviews), 4Hawks will take action to block access or remove such data in accordance with applicable law.
2. Any activity that is not explicitly permitted by the Terms of Use is prohibited, and in particular: (a) performing activities that would destabilize the work of the store.4hawks.com, would impede access to or use of the store.4hawks.com; (b) posting spam and unsolicited commercial information; (c) using viruses, bots, worms, or other computer codes, files or programs (especially scripting and application processes, or other code, files, or tools); (d) taking other actions against 4Hawks, Partners, Clients or threatening their rights or interests.
3. 4Hawks has the right to block access to store.4hawks.com or some of its functionality for its Customer in the event that: (a) Customer uses store.4hawks.com in a manner inconsistent with the applicable law or violates the Terms of Use; (b) The Customer will post unlawful content.
4. 4Hawks will inform the Customer about blocking access with justification. 4Hawks may set a time limit for reinstatement or compliance with the Terms of Use. In the case of compliance with the above by the Customer, 4Hawks may unlock Customer access to store.4hawks.com or its specific functionality.
VII. Complaints and Returns
1. Any complaints about 4Hawks products can be sent via the form (store.4hawks.com/support/open-a-support-ticket) available at store.4hawks.com or at e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
2. All 4Hawks products are provided with a 12 month warranty.
3 .Complaints referred to in paragraph 1 shall be dealt with within 14 days of receipt by 4Hawks.
4. Return of goods Customer can make up to 14 days after receipt of the Product , it is necessary to return the product intact (at its own expense) and inform the seller by e-mail about the withdrawal from the contract together with the account number and data to make a refund.
4.1 Upon successful examination of Return, 4Hawks is obliged to refund the money on the account number provided earlier within 7 days.
VIII. Personal data
1. The administrator of the personal data ("Data") is 4Hawks.
2. The data will be processed for the purpose of providing the Account service, order processing and, subject to Customer's consent, for marketing purposes. The data may be transferred by 4Hawks to the cooperating entities to handle the Order.
3. Customer has the right to access the content of his Data processed by 4Hawks and to correct them.
4. Data submission is voluntary.
IX. Final Provisions
1. These Terms of Use apply from October 30, 2017.
2. 4Hawks is authorized to change the Terms of Use in the event of the addition of new functionality or the launch of a new version of store.4hawks.com, as well as in the event of a change of applicable law. Customers who have an Account will be further informed of the change of Terms of Use or via e-mail provided during Account registration. A customer who does not agree with the changes is entitled to terminate the contract via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
3. The Customer is entitled to terminate the Service Account Agreement at any time. Immediately upon receipt by 4Hawks of termination, the Customer's account at store.4hawks.com will be deleted.
4. 4Hawks has the right to terminate the Service Agreement for the Account in the event of termination of service or transfer of the store.4hawks.com service to a third party, violation by Customer of the right or Provisions of the Terms of Use, or in the absence of Customer's activity for a period of 6 months. The termination of the contract takes place with a seven-day notice period. 4Hawks may disclaim that your Account re-registration may require 4Hawks consent.
5. Should any of the provisions of these Terms of Use be changed or revoked by a competent authority or court, all other provisions shall remain in effect and shall be binding upon 4Hawks and Customer.
6. The law applicable to the settlement of any disputes related to the Terms of Use is the Polish law. These disputes will be resolved by the local court of jurisdiction. In the case of non-consumer Customers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code [art. 221 k.c], local court holds jurisdiction over the seat of 4Hawks.
7. On the basis of Regulation of the European Parliament (EU) No 524/13 from 21 May 2013, http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr a platform for an online dispute resolution system between consumers and entrepreneurs at EU level is available (ODR platform). The ODR platform is a one-stop service for consumers and entrepreneurs seeking out-of-court settlement of contract disputes arising from an online sales agreement or service contract.
